Every supply chain looks a little bit different and that includes the way brands order from their suppliers. We’re excited to announce a few enhancements to Orders on Anvyl, designed to give you flexibility to order the way you need.
You can now put multiple parts on the same Purchase Order.
Need to place an order for multiple parts from the same supplier? You can now include multiple parts on a single PO on Anvyl through the Add Order flow by selecting the Individual Parts option. Here you’ll see the ability to add as many parts as you need followed by options to either save the order as a draft for continued editing or immediately issue it to your supplier to kick-start production.
You can also group dependent orders into a Collections view.
Need to place orders for component parts that will be assembled into a finished good? You can now group these related orders together in a Collection through the Add Order flow by selecting the Assembly + Components option. Orders for individual components will continue to be issued and tracked separately, but grouping them in this way means you can view timelines, track dependencies and centralize documentation for all the parts that make up a finished good, maximizing visibility for the whole team across the different levels of your supply chain.
